POLYCOM SILANE XLPE – SILOXANE® ONE STEP TECHNOLOGY
- KTT100PA is the product code of PolyCom XLPE compound in granule type, used for insulation in low voltage wire and cable production.
- Silane XLPE compound – one step technology – with KTT100PA code is a main product of PolyCom that mainly made of imported high-quality LLDPE and other suitable addictives such as: cross-linking agents, antioxidant, heat stabilizer, etc. and being produced from a closed production process of mixing with other addictives.
- KTT100PA consists of all material mixed polyethylene, silane, and other addictives already mixed before packaging in one vacuumed aluminum bag with Kraft paper outside. Material should be used latest within 02 hours after mixing for power cable production. Never using material if packaging bag is unsealed, broken or penetrated.
- KTT100PA has some key features such as: easy-to-use, simple processing steps, high productivity, stable temperature, fast curing time in ambient weather temperature, much efficient for low voltage cable production.

4. PACKAGING & STORAGE
4.1. Packaging condition
KTT100PA is packed into one vacuumed aluminum net 520kg bag with carton Octabin outside layer.
4.2. Storage & Lifetime condition
KTT100PA should be used within 06 months from the date of production in good condition of cool and dry environment and
- Keep in virgin sealed aluminum bag
- Storage in warehouse condition with temperature under 35oC
- Keep out of direct sunlight or outdoor storage
- Better to use up all material within 12 hours after opening aluminum bag. If not empty use, should repack open bag to prevent moisture penetrated. Repacked bag should be used within 24 hours only.
NOTICE:
Above specification and standard of KTT100PA product are exact based on Silane XLPE one steps technology, it is fully-tested in sheet form sample at PolyCom factory. Application of this product, upon each usage condition is varied from machine to machine, but not considerable. Accuracy rate of this product should be tested in the final product is low voltage electric cable.
